Time flies - official!

So today has been surprising for a couple of reasons.
- I realised that today I have been in my current job for 2 years, already! Can't believe it!
- On getting home I find the home insurance renewal documents which means only one thing, we've been in our house for nearly a year now!! Doesn't seem like two minutes we were moving in.
Where does all the time go?
(All you Einstein and Steven Hawking fans comment now!)

It's really scary when you compare certain time periods to the amount of time that you've been alive. For example, I've been in my current job for almost 20% of my life!Aren't you more scared about the fact that you're getting married soon, you now drink herbal tea, you own a family-sized saloon and you've started to wear a flat cap and driving gloves? (Well, I know the last two aren't true, but I bet it's not that far off now...)

Not wishing to sound defensive but...I'm not scared about getting married, I love Dawn and I'll be very happy to waste my time with her! Herbal tea is nice, and the car, whilst family saloon sized, as yet has no family to fill it, but does have a V6 2.5 ltr engine :oD

No need to defend yourself... I was merely pointing out that getting married and owning a Mondeo are signs that you're getting older!Under no circumstances was I suggesting for one minute that you should be scared of getting married to Dawn! Anyways, she'd kill me if I said such a thing!!! :-D

Fair enough then, I'll let you off, although I don't believe owning a Mondeo makes you that much older! As for Dawn killing you, she still might! I'd watch yourself at work tomorrow, without my calming influence who knows what might happen!

I dunno what you are all talking about and why its so scary, Chris was known as grandad while we were at uni !He already had his pipe and slippers back then, he's got younger rather than older in the past 2 years !!!!
