Dude you need to make it a 301 redirect otherwise you are going to screw with your google listingsTBH you are better off leaving it where it is!

Have no fear Mr Main, I let blogger do the migration, and they handily added a canonical link to the top of the page, which is the same as a 301 in terms of Google juice. So no problems....This comment posted by

You do need to update your links though. Lots of absolute links in your blog template are now pointing to non-existent pages.This comment posted by

Well, I've updated the ones I could see, only thing I'm not sure on now is how to access my archive, not being able to see the files on the blogger servers means I've no idea what the URL should be!This comment posted by
